These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Valeta website and the purchase of products through our webshop.

2. Applicability
These terms apply to all visitors, users and customers of the Valeta webshop. By placing an order you agree to these terms. We may change these terms. Your order is governed by the terms that applied at the time you ordered.
3. Products and information
We strive for accurate and up-to-date product information. However, information may contain errors and colors may vary by device. In case of an obvious error, such as a clear pricing mistake, we will contact you before we change or cancel an order.
4. Orders and payment
By placing an order you confirm that all details are correct, that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method, and that you are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent/guardian). The agreement is concluded once we have confirmed your order by email. You pay at checkout using the available payment methods. We may refuse or limit orders, for example if we suspect fraud or if an item is out of stock. In that case you will receive the amount you paid back.
5. Prices
All prices include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Price changes do not affect already confirmed orders.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier and external factors. See our Shipping Policy for details.
7. Returns (right of withdrawal)
As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to return (withdraw from) your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. Notify us through your account (choose the products you want to return) and send the product back no later than 14 days after your notification. We will refund you no later than 14 days after your notification, including any standard shipping costs you paid. We may wait with the refund until we have received the product or until you can show that you have sent it back. The cost of return shipping (€6.95) is for your account. You may inspect and try on the product as you would in a shop. You are liable for any loss in value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
8. Returns and refunds
Returns follow our Return Policy. Personalized items and hygiene-sensitive products whose seal has been broken are excluded from return. If a returned product is not in the condition described in our Return Policy, for example because it has been worn, used or exposed to odours (such as cigarette smoke or perfume), we will deduct the loss in value from your refund. If the product can no longer be sold as new as a result, this can be up to the full purchase amount.
9. Warranty and conformity
Under EU consumer law, you are entitled to products that conform to the agreement. In case of a defect, you are entitled to repair, replacement or refund.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website - including logos, designs, texts and images - is owned by Valeta or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law.
11. Use of the website
You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, not to disrupt its operation or security, and not to upload harmful software.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Valeta is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including consumer rights.
13. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions and government measures.
14. Privacy and data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Applicable law and disputes
Dutch law applies to these terms. The mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live remains applicable. Disputes will preferably be resolved amicably; otherwise submitted to the competent court. As a consumer you may also go to the court in your place of residence.
16. Severability
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
17. Entire agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Valeta.
